Redirection

3CX handles basic redirection features like Do not disturb (DND) and call forward on busy, on timeout, when there is no registration of calls.
When calling a specific PBX, other extensions can also be included in the call like in a hunt group for every extension. Users can also log in at other extensions.

Unlimited Extensions

Each extension has a name, company position and passwords for web and SIP access that provides simple identification for your staff.
Extensions can have their own ringtone, permissions for various actions, address book and music on hold source.

Call transfer

PBX supports various unattended transfers that are triggered using VoIP phones. Special modes additionally allow calls to be transferred to cell phones

Conferencing

Conferences can be conducted, when necessary, where you and your team can just dial into a conference room, protected by a pin. 3CX can also call up the participants. In call-to-conference mode.

Mail box

A hosted PBX can play various announcements including the name of the extension or choice of your personal greetings.
When there is a new message, the PBX notifies the user via the message waiting indication of the VoIP phone, by email or by SMS.

Auto attendant

The auto attendant feature helps direct your incoming callers to the right account on PBX. It functions like a virtual receptionist, connecting incoming calls.

CRM Integration

3CX can integrate with any CRM that has a REST API to match an email or a number to a customer account in your CRM, helpdesk, or ticketing system.

Call Center
